Re: Hans - Welcome. Preface: No need to answer if you don't want to. I noted the June 99 Semi International article you posted. Are you in the biz? Thank you for the welcome PB. My work is more on the architecture side but I find it very interesting to follow the new developments at the process technology side. There is so much going on right now. It looks like that after the copper/low-k transition we can expect a lot of developments on the transistor design itself like vertical transistors and multi-layer logic. Hans.
