I thought DSL had dedicated bandwidth! If I remember one speed check report I read they said that DSL slowed down during the day when the business users were on and was faster at night. Cable OTOH was faster during the day and slower at night when all the residential users were on. After reading that I thought wouldn't it be great if I could pull off a cable connection at work and a DSL at home. But of course, I can't, because I can only get DSL at work and only get cable at home. I guess that the next solution would be to go to work at night and stay home during the day. LOL
