I have the XAU back to 1984, USD only to January 1994. As usual however, I think I know where to get it. I will get back to you, when I find it.

Found a USD chart going back to 1991: tfc-charts.w2d.com Also found a source for free downloadable futures data going back to the 1970s (includes CRB, dollar, gold, silver, platinum,palladium, etc...) turtletrader.com
