I am a little disappointed that those who say they are the
friends of Christ
will so readily side with the wicked.

I don't know why I'm letting that bother me to be honest.

It is indeed written:

Romans 9:6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:

And again in a word of encouragement:

Isaiah 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

We know that all the elect will be saved.

It is sometime to me disturbing to know that the Word of God
does not just save but that it also damns and it often seems that
it does more of the latter than the former by far.

" Few there be that find it "

That is God's business not mine.. I should not hope for otherwise.

However it is also written:

Ezekiel 33:11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
