Here's some interesting speculative connective analysis by Jimmy Bond 007 over on RagingBull: RE: Matsushita speculation Its one thing to say, "hey, I've heard EDIG and Panosonic are working togther" But its another to say: 1. Matshshita created the SD Memory Card alliance 2. EDIG is apart of that alliance 3. Matsushita hasn't announced anything about their digital music player strategy. 4. EDIG says they are talking to "very well-known CE OEMs" 5. Matsushita is a "very well-known CE OEM" 6. Matsushita is part owner of Universal Music. 7. We have Universal Music executives as EDIG shareholders 8. Matsushita was apart of the 4C Entity. So was IBM...so was Intel. 9. 4C Entity used ePAC in their Madison Project 10. EDIG is a partner with IBM and Intel. 11. EDIG has the only ePAC digital music player design. Now that is how I speculate. Bond
