funny you shoud say that (building a new portfolio) after Fed meeting...that's what I'd like to do..say, get 100 shares of the semis I like (ZRAN, TLCM and especially PSEM which is cheaper and has more upside) ...and 50 shares each of some networking winners (JNPR, PROX, PUMA and SFO) and a little FLNK, AHLS, BLSW and IDXX (kinda neat) .. ..then, I could just golf, garden, and go for lunch with my girlfriends every day..sigh (this is just a dream) ... <ggg>
