>>Any musings about the market in the up-coming weeks?

Well, I'm a trader, not an analyst. I just study the charts and read the economic data and what everyone else has to say about the market, but in the end all I do is keep a weather-eye on what my stocks are doing and try to identify a trend and get on board. Nothing fancy, I'm afraid. When I first started out in this business, one of the 'grey-beards' I was learning from said he would much rather know where the volatility was going then where the market was going. It took me a long time to realise how valuable that little kernel was.

Thanks for all your posts about my humble contributions. The only readers I know about for sure are the lawyers at the TSE, though now that Fleming and his ilk are gone a lot of the 'reign of terror' mentality seems to have abated. Please bear in mind this isn't 'my'
board...I sure would like to see a lot more postings from others.

What gives with SI's 'migration' to a new format? I get the feeling that I'll no longer be able to access the board without paying. Anybody know for sure what's going on?

If you put a gun to my head I'd say I think the market is ridiculously over-priced, that this dot.com mania is reminiscent of the tulip-bulb frenzy, and it's all going to come tumbling down. It is impossible to defy the laws of economics for very long. Just my opinion.

Happy trading.
