An interesting thing has occurred to me recently concerning not only Oxygen, but other new subsea ventures in general.

At this stage of ramped up subsea activity, who (which submarine cable laying operator) would Oxygen hire to lay their vast number of cables in a timely manner, assuming that they were actually ready to launch tomorrow?
