Ron: Your info is correct, but I have a larger question. Is GRNO still registered in Florida, or has it's registration lapsed? That is the impression I got from the previous posting from Ned. I'll check into it in the next couple of days. Also, you are right, moaning and groaning does no good. You have stimulated me to take action. Therefore, I am planning a trip to Charleston and Colombia, SC in a couple of weeks. I intend to check with the SC government agencies involved, the press, and legal counsel, and see what the current corporate status is in SC, what information we shareholders are entitled to, and demand that Bill C produce that information. If he won't, I intend to begin legal action to secure my rights as a shareholder. I welcome support from any shareholders or partners, and would be especially pleased to have others accompany me in this effort. I will also be visiting the SEC in the next few days to see if I can get any new information. (Probably not, but it is worth a try.) I also have extended family in England who will try to find more local information about KPI. A side trip to Tallahassee may also be possible. Please contact me directly if you can offer info, questions, help, or can possibly meet me there. See Ron, I do listen to you, and agree with you sometimes. Regards, Carl

Thanks, Ron. My asking questions here instead of wasting time trying to find information at other places is twofold.
First of all, I know that if I ask a question, you are likely to be the first to volunteer the answers in order to demonstrate your vast knowledge of everything. It's a real ego boost for you and an opportunity for you to sound smart. Second, I'm sure you are annoyed which is why I post here in the first place even though I know that you won't stop with just an informative reply. It's that extra little oomph you give; kind of like a territorial pissing contest. Ok, Ron. You win. You can piss further than anyone else in the room.
But, you're the one who traded in that partnership for worthless GRE stock. You must be proud!
