ted, another thought on AMD's 300K Athlon inventory going into Q1: I doubt many of these chips are 900 MHz or higher since they would have to be 0.18æ chips, which didn't start coming out of the assembly line until December or so.

Petz, are you saying the .25 um process took the Athlon to 800 Mhz and the .18 takes it to 900 Mhz and above. How do you know this? Has AMD said this?
