George, I know that revenue growth is accelerating, which indicates something they sell is ready for market in some significant capacity. I haven't gone back to read over again, but off the top of my head, a couple of advantages they think they have, I gather(current sales generating points), are speed of implementation of broadband service rollout, and the further benefit to their customers(cable Co's) of allowing them to offer competition for T-1 lines and such immediately, at competitive prices with great service.

The noise busting benefits of CDMA over cable, which allow TERN to take advantage of bandwidth over cable which is otherwise unusable, has been discounted here on S.I. by more than one. I can't discount TERN until someone shows me definitively that there is truly good reason why TERN's modem speeds using CDMA can't imporve vastly in the future. I have trouble believing CDMA speed over cable, as offered by TERN, is at a dead end. If noise proves a problem for the competition regarding future speeds, TERN could well be on track to win the battle. Lots of factors to consider here, and I am scarcely able to decipher the implicatons, yet I think I see the reasons for perceived potential here.
