If KPN can turn all their investment by 10X after signing the deal in Nov and b4 it actually pays a dime, you should buy KPN. EWEB is not a crap, at least it has some value around $1.5 per share. Usually other companies have to pay huge premium to get 51+% control (e.g. CPU was trading $5, Slim pays $10.10 to get 51%). For my concern, $1.58 is what EWEB is worth in Nov -- nothing has changed fundamentally. EWEB management sold it too cheap @ 1.58, then you should fire them and ask others to vote NO on the proxy, and negociate the deal @ $8.5 if EWEB is worth $10-20. EWEB is late again as usual (check HBCO's SEC filings in the past 3 yrs). Why counting proxy votes takes more than two months?
