Agreement for China's Computer Telephony Integration Platform

ADDISON, Texas, Jan 31, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CBQ, Inc. The
E-Business Marketplace (OTCBB:CBQI) announced today that its affiliate
ChinaSoft, Inc. has secured an exclusive distribution agreement with
CCSoft Technology Developing, Ltd. (formerly, Beijing Zhongruan Zhixun
Technology Developing Co.) to sell CCSoft's Call Center Platform.
(CCS-CCP)

CCS-CCP is a totally integrated call center automation platform. This
solution integrates Web, Computer, Facsimile and Telephone systems into
an easy to use system that allows call centers to interface with both
customers and vendors. The system is custom configurable to many
business processes and can support from 20 to 2500 call center agents.
CCS-CCP is currently in use by China Telecom and the Cellular Telephone
Division of China Unicom.
