Allan P. Harris, Is this an official flip-flop? Or are you firmly on both sides of the fence yourself? <g> I think you make a good case either way. There is no doubt that the guidelines Bob has set out to determine whether a bear is upon us has been met (5% upside, 20% downside). But why would Bob intentionally ride out a bear market with 40% exposure? Is it out of fear of failure or lack of confidence in the model?
