RESEARCH ALERT - Intel on focus list
NEW YORK, Jan 31 (Reuters) - Credit Suisse First Boston analyst Charlie Glavin said Monday that semiconductor maker Intel Corp. had been added to the firm's focus list.

-- reiterated strong buy rating.

-- Intel ''is now poised to demonstrate both its technology/manufacturing prowess -- traits that enabled (Intel) stock to double in prior cycles.''

-- saw ''substantial upside'' for earnings-per-share estimates of $3 for 2000, $3.50 for 2001.

-- shares closed at 94.
