Seems to me it will take longer then 3 qr. for any China biz. show up in the bottom line.

This is just a general comment....dont know if it will apply to China.

The rollout time of CDMA networks seems to have sped-up considerably within the last year or so. The Australian, Mexican and Brazilian networks were rolled out in a matter of 6-9 months after the awarding of contracts. The small commercial Unicom network that Samsung built went commercial in less than 6 months after the contract was awarded.

It probably still wont make a difference during this FY...but phones could start to be on sale by Sep., if they move quickly.

The royalties on infrastructure are much lower than handsets...but the sale of CSM chips will also contribute to this year's earnings.
