Would you buy ETEK instead of JDSU in light of 1.1 JDSU for 1 ETEK?

I thought I would sell my puts today (which means buy for those that think long....), but I don't see any real strength, or a turn yet, so I am holding them for now.

Anyone wondering about the ETEK JDSU spread? So am I.
