watch GTSI at 5 5/16, a slow turtle...all insider buys,
Gov't. awards,etc. 50% position in WTHL at .50 cents.

hi frank, not trading today, just popping in to see what you are up too....
Looks like IFCI is in my target buy area of 12.00-12.50..That one should reverse in next day or two depending on Fed action..
CTII looks good again for popper in 3.50-4.00 area....
PCTL almost went under 6.00....
