Not a problem. The issue right now is why the spread has widened to almost 30% vs tightened or stay the same.

Maybe people think that since JDSU has dropped the deal won't go through or it will execute BELOW where people personally bought ETEK (mid 200's??) in the first place (making it look like a loss when it eventually closes......)

I don't know what's cookin in this area. If someone gets some information, it might be enlightening.
