Reb, yes.. I seem to recall some mention of it, too. But like you suggest, so many things along their path have proved to ephemeral in nature. What surprises me to a great extent is that Bechtel and Lehmann's names are still associated with it, which would ordinarily portend some level of credibility. As time goes by the stakes get higher, the costs associated with entry increases --if they are to be competitive-- and the level of credibility they once enjoyed continues to decline. I suppose only those in the deepest interior of this proposed operation know what's really happening, or not. Regards, Frank ps - I see that you've provided a late edit with the actual release. I suppose one could check the progress of that shipbuilding activity with the cited shipyard, if they really wanted to know what was happening here.
