Manny's Diatribe to an RB naysayer: Re-posted on SI

Manny message to K:

K, why do you want to hurt people? You amaze me. Are you paid to do this? One wonders? Did you ever think that the explanation for our pull back is as simple as some of those who got in at 1.50 wanted out at 2 because they don't know us. Just like people got out at .28 or .96 which is fine. We are not trying to break a record today. We are going to be around for a long, long time.

I got an email Sunday from someone who said that this stock is going to be his daughter's tuition. I am more concerned and more optimistic about that tuition than I am about a daytraders's quick fix (albit that is a way to make money - totally legit). We at eConnect want to build by steps, fill in all the gaps.

Show me, K, a company with the global potential that this one has - one that can possibly revolutionize the way we barter our money from Business to Business and Country to Country. In short, most of us hard working people are here for the LONG run (pun intended) -

Manny

Hi Jorj,

I don't think Tom has made a miss-step here. A ceo should not be concerned about the stock price, but about making his co. as profitable as possible. How the market reacts to news is really beyond anybody's control, but if the co. grows in profitability, or potential to become profitable, it will have an effect on the price, sooner or later.
