Safe investment? The company has a program to enhance stockholders' value. Which is most likely growth plan, cost cutting plan, stock split potential( high stock value and excessive earnings), and spin offs to stockholders partially, subsidiaries of value. The company has insiders who sell stock to market makers to promote the stock and to maintain an oversold condition. The company has organized proactive stockholders who consults their board of directors to run the company profitably (business management improvements). Two out of three of the above conditions will automatically bring the last one in.
