Fletcher and Faraday Announces Investment Opinion
PR Newswire - January 31, 2000 13:16

Dell Computer Corp. (Nasdaq: DELL). We are continuing coverage with a BUY rating. Growing at 40% Dell is on track to become the world's largest PC maker. By selling directly, the company has an inherent advantage, and it's not just the economic benefits of having virtually no inventory and lower distribution expense. Even more important is a business model that allows them to interact directly with the customer.

Hi Kemble, I just hope that Dell has put a plan in place that ensures a future supply of semi's and all the components needed for their product lines. Even if this means carrying some buffer inventories. Hope this topic is discussed at the next CC when the earnings are announced. Also, it might be an appropriate topic for the shareholder meeting.

What do you think?
