That's too bad. I wonder why? Feedback from potential server customers that they wouldn't be interested? Maybe because AMD doesn't divulge errata lists to their customers, so they're can't be considered as a serious server CPU chip vendor? Compatibility, especially data integrity?

The design itself can't be that huge. Probably something you could whip out with one hand tied behind your back. Just kidding, but you better not!
