Happened to be watching 60 minutes II last pm and they had a segment on South Africa. Much of what has been discussed here was reaffirmed. The piece was oriented to the problem of rape but also covered other areas. Judging by the reaction of your politicians, no wonder rape is out of hand. Have to say, when interviewed, that i have never seen such a sorry, pathetic lot of politicians. Too bad education is of such little importance in the country as this would seem to be a starting point for any elected official. If things continue as is for much longer it would seem that gold is not going to be a major export within a couple of years.
