Don't you think that McNeally's cockiness is going to bite him big time some day? I don't care how hot his company is right now, there is no reason for a CEO to act that way. As someone said about Barry Bonds once, 'there isn't enough mustard in the stadium to cover that guy.'

I'd hardly expect McNealy to be unbiased. His constant MSFT-bashing and fixation on belittling Gates at every opportunity seems to have blinded him both to MSFT's strengths as well as to other threats. Remember that EMC, not MSFT, is SUNW's ultimate competition in the post-server era.
