I still don't see a big market for synchronizing data through a web portal. Perhaps I am wrong. I do not believe a company is going to compromise their proprietary data and trade secrets by making their correspondence, etc. available through an external portal. Those same companies are building firewalls and preaching security to protect their data from unwanted visitors.
