AIQ is worthless - very, very slow data flow from TRAC, and yesterdays data on all my tickers (150+) shows Jan. 28 !!!

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU GUYS COULD HAVE JUST ONE DAY WHERE EVERYTHING WORKS LIKE YOU ADVERTISE....!!!

AIQ - Have been disconnected 3 times in the first 10 minutes of the market being open today... in this case it does not really matter, because when I am able to squeeze enough data out of you for my AIQ alerts to work, I am getting nothing but false alarms because you clowns think yesterday was Jan. 28th.

I see MyTrack still does not have any real-time charting right now....

Change that to 4 times (disconneted)

Been disconnected twice more from AIQ - just checked my bandwidth, clocked in at 691KBS (cable modem)

Does AIQ software work with any other data feeds??

For your info:

AIQ server nt33 is loading no data for Feb. 1st. Thinks yesterday was Jan. 31st. Switched to nt26 and everything is OK.

AIQ - has been working great today - no log offs.
MYTRADE - also have not had any problems...

I know the Tech guys have been working hard late into the night...it is appreciated....

People with MyTrade problems should check system resources - if available RAM is low it really goofs up MyTrade...

Go ahead MyTrack - keep everything working - spoil me!!
