The BUCK ALWAYS stops at the top...........this is not a $10 million dollar misstep we are talking about here. McGinn really should step down (or the board should push him out) and the board should put someone in charge who isn't a history major who has to rely on second in command to make what could turn out to be a turning-point decision.
