Dorothy, the double click site isn't really a removal. It places a null response tag instead of a unique number in your cookies folder. It simply lets them know you prefer not to be followed by their system. There are other systems of course. If you turn off cookies for example you can't access SI's real time quotes. Generally speaking I've made a habit of erasing all cookies each time I reboot my system each day. No problems... its sort of like being a born again cookie monster :)
