It is waiting for that 43 million dollar financing deal to close on or about February 10th. When the TSE accepts the pricing, then we will be closer to $20 than $10. Hopefully we will hear of a US acquisition right after the closing of this financing. Then on to the NASDAQ. I just hope the NASDAQ market holds up until we get listed!! We are going to see numerous interest rate hikes by the FEDS. Let's hope they don't tightened to much, otherwise MCF's debut on NASDAQ will not what we expect!
