I have always felt that companies should not be addressing the subject of their stock (except on a quick mention) and definitely not the subject of a short position in the stock and concentrate on the company issues at hand. Why tip the shorters or market makers? Maybe the new generation of products due out will lend some momentum towards new contracts/upgraded existing contracts and some new PR. Maybe the company should expand on their Linux solutions too (maybe they are and just havent announced anything yet) for anything having to do with Linux seems to be getting publicity plus future appreciation and Linus applications are here to stay. I believe you are correct in your thoughts about the shorts here but I feel that that just adds fuel to the fire for the main reason I started picking up shares recently. Jane
