No, but buying a company that is a good one in a sector that has had a setback and is coming out of it with profitable times to come is a good time to buy a stock with a high PE or no earnings at all ... wouldn't you agree?

Last year I bought some oil drillers ... didn't hold until the top, but it was a much less risky play than say, buying MSFT here -- if you have been holding soft for several years -- that would be different from saying it is a buy now, regardless of price ... see the difference?
