Bill, Vik Grover is a contrarian indicator!

I am glad you took some profits in ABTE after Vik downgraded it. When it comes to analysts, as you like to say, Vik is a fraud! I know people that buy things immediately when he downgrades them and they do very well. I repeat: Vik is a mammoth fraud who gets paid or he tries to take revenge on a stock no matter what the fundamentals.

Vik has enjoyed being the only analysts that admitted he had no idea what IDTC did and declaring it worth $9. You may be interested that IDTC announced today that it is suing TYCO for billions. They have wanted to announce their new plans for months, but Tyco ignored a signed contract and delayed and then announced they were going it alone. Needless to say, TYCO is being sued for fraud!

Of course, that did not help me do well with my December and January options, and who knows about February. Can I sue TYCO too?

And, as expected, REFR is heading up. I bought all the shares offered by fools between 22 and 23, and must thank you and other shorts and sellers for the opportunity to buy at the low. Feel free to offer it to me again. But, I now know news will be out soon and won't sell at any price. I hope you stayed out after covering the latest profitable investment. Your older shorts are dead, but may cost you the longer you wait.

As always, do whatever makes sense to you. I offer friendly advice, against my own interests. I could have bought lots more cheaper, but I prefer an honest style.

Good luck in your (other) investments.

Bink

I still think there's more to this story than a simple downgrade. According to BestCalls, a CC was to take place first at 5PM, then at 7PM, now I see no schedule for it.

Simultaneously a delayed 10K filing.

Plus, no transactions on REDI that I can see, only BIDS (i.e. people like myself I assume).
