If you want to see a complex user interface go look at WebStreet. Datek's interface is the model of simplicity compared to that beast. However, I think you are asking for a lot more than simple cosmetic changes. The buttons and boxes you describe would require that they reprogram their back end as well.

WebStreet has benefits over Datek but that's a different topic.
