I ask this question only because I am shocked at my naivitee for a great part of my life. Once I conjured that perhaps South Americans and Mexicans had so little because of their hot climate... Then once I saw how we were gonna give them aid,, but it was something wierd like guns or tanks or something, and that made me wonder why we did'nt help them to catch up with us, it would be so much more acceptable.. Like give em respectability--- I wonder if some of them are actually happy anyway... It's quite possible that we don't have nearly so much ,,, without makein sure someone else don't have as much -- or something like that... help me , I'm this close to joining the SUV bees--- Arghhh
