cAPSLOCK,
I understand what you feel right now. I want you to do more DD, so you feel much better holding EDIG.

You mentioned the following:

2. The things that EDIG makes can easily and quickly be made by other companies. Multi codec audio players are not rocket science, and an 'OS' that handles memory management, file management, and other functions is not hard (at least from my research) to design.

A few years ago, I think from 1996 to 1997, Phillips tried to develop the flash file management software without EDIG FOR almost TWO YEARS, they failed. That indicated that few will make a flash file management software without infringement of EDIG patents because this software should be small in size and be very efficient. Otherwise, handheld devices are getting bigger and more power consumed. Of course, other companies can develop a new software for handheld devices, but is never going to be like MicroOS in terms of size of memory and efficiency. Eventually, they will license MicroOS in very near future.

After SDMI meeting in Feb, we will know about standards of internet music distribution. This will bring quite a few contract to EDIG. Hold on. You may see 50 by end of March.

Good investing.

cAPSLOCK ~ Surely you can't be serious. Do you truly believe EDIG is "done"? Did you read the Presidents letter to shareholders today? Your reasoning is so transparent it is embarrassing.

1.)EDIG is not making any money yet so you take that to mean they never will make any money, is that correct?

2.)Please cite your "research" stating that it wouldn't be difficult to design an OS at least as robust as or better than MicroOS. Please name me one company that has developed or will be developing a multi-codec music player that handles all DRM's and all codecs seamlessly without transcoding and that will play each codec "natively". Just one will do. If you could name another company that has developed a flash file management system as good as or better than the MicroOS I would appreciate that also. Just one.

3.) We'll just have to see about that...

4.) The number of shares in the float hasn't been a problem getting to the present price in record time. I see no reason why that would be a hinderance in the future. If institutions wish to get involved after NASDAQ listing our float will be considered small.

5.) Emerging growth companies aren't evaluated on the traditional "market cap" valuations. They are evaluated on perceived future growth potential, usually several years into the future.

I look forward to your reply.

Sincerely,

Bob

Hi Cap,

I really agree with you. As you already agreed with me....

Do you think this may end up getting between 5 and 10? or lower? I know I am not too popular with this opinion either. I just know with my luck if I entered right now, this thing will tank.

I have learned when I traded TAVA, to really pay attention to the shorts. Not the bashers, the ones that really have a reason for their position. Not paying attention is like running a race with blinders on and falling in a hole....

The market cap and the outstanding shares really get me....

Doesn't anybody remember how this thing got to 6 cents? I seem to remember several offshore dealings that were playing it and outstanding warrants with no bottom... it just kept falling and falling. I know that was the NCII days, but be careful folks....

Old friend,
I talked to you on the phone long time ago in regards to ATCO. I didn't agree with you at all on that subject.

I suddenly find that you are a very sensible and realistic person. Please take my statement as a compliment as it was not meant to offend.

The 10-Q statement is almost laughable when you are talking about a 1.2 billion market cap company. (I think that I am going to cry).
"The Company's ability to continue as a going concern is in doubt and is dependent upon achieving a profitable level of operations, and if necessary, obtaining additional financing."

What a drop this stock is going to take tomorrow. But it doesn't have to. This stock can continue upward for the next hundred years if people always demand making a profit when selling their stock. It could in effect be the "perfect chain letter" and everybody would always make money. Who cares if the company is not profitable if everybody would continue to have faith in the company.

It will be fun to find out if Elwood sold a bunch of shares. It wouldn't surprise me in the least...humble eCarl
