What are you interested in looking at, option-wise? Well it wasn't options that I was interested in learning about, it was financials. FWIW I only make a few option transactions a year for annual living expenses. Hey, I use Schwab so you know I not a serious option player <ggg>. Long term? Short term? Front month to one year, just depends where the opportunity is. Which stocks? Well usually G&K because they are the ones I that am already following. I also make market plays using Qubies or maybe a proxy like CSCO. Now about those financials... lurking... lurqer
