..around March of '99, a recently separated girlfriend of mine met an exec from CPQ through a mutual friend and they began dating ..I had them over for dinner a few times and at the time I was following CPQ (and he was a senior guy so needless to say I got nothing out of him..).. ..well in my DD of CPQ I came across a small company they were doing business with and so I called up "Pete" and asked him to do me a favour and ask his techies what he thought of the company, because I liked what I had read but no one had heard of it....he checked on it for me but said it was too "new" to evaluate and he really didn't have much to report ... then I called my lawyer's sister (a broker), but she had never heard of it either and cautioned that "these companies were a dime a dozen" ...well I didn't buy it because no one knew anthing about it. It was VRIO, ..I finally bought some in the 40's, but when I read about it, it was around 18... ..that's why I like my juniors..you never know!! (and you may recall we thought the same of PUMA @ 5...)
