re: "Three Intel officers, including Chairman Andrew Grove, filed to sell a combined 797,690 common shares of the chipmaker, valued at an estimated $76.6 million in the open market, according to regulatory filings released Monday"

Before the thread goes wild on this one... Intel's stock option program is managed by Merrill Lynch, which means that they are most likely planning same day sales for options that may or may not be expiring very soon. There is probably no buy and hold option available for these shares because they are most likely NQ's (Non-Qualified) options. So before any of the conspiracy theorists get going on this one, just realize that the window to buy or sell is small for these executives, and if they are expiring soon, they have little choice but to sell.
