Agreed Doc, lawsuit sounds like bad news to me. Initially I felt it kinda adds to IDTC's rinky-dink reputation. Didn't sound to me that Tyco necessarily did anything wrong either. Wasn't going to say anything, but since bink asked<g>.

MD: I agree.

NTOP went up much more than IDTC today. This news came out too late to have an effect.

I have posted elsewhere that the significance of the news is in not letting January expire without some explanation and thus giving guidelines to the future.

The lawsuit is not immediately important. Either TYCO will give in or settle or it takes years.

My bet is they won't let it get to court. If it has no merit, it will be withdrawn or dismissed.

If it has merit, they will settle.

Either way, IDTC has an alternate lined up and may not even want to get back into the original. Who knows?

And, although the market may hate suits, think how much we can milk this for publicity.

Doc, this MP pick looks interesting...

Message 12742897

I picked up 500 shares. Closed out my HLTH puts at about 90% loss...one of two not so good ideas so far this year. Still holding AOL for bounce...may average as it's got pretty strong support at 52-55. Actually will probably wait and see if GS tanks the market and average then if necessary.
