That is another piece of good news. I bet you there is far amount of holders of QCOM that do not understand the relationship of NextWave to QCOM. Once NextWave is allowed to proceed, we could be looking at a nationwide wireless data network using CDMA/HDR with QCOM inside of course. That is also good news for ERICY.
