I believe that when ELOT finishes an upcoming divestiture it will be debt free and even have a nice cash cushion.

And has MDIH and LotteryChannel.com been single mindedly focused on the mission of putting lotteries on the internet like ELOT? Just go back over recent press releases from ELOT to see what they're doing and who they're hiring.

From my close monitoring of internet gaming, I would say any worries about bans on internet lotteries are pointless at this stage. News stories in Nov. laid these fears to rest. The Kyl bill specifically exempted state lotteries from the ban on internet gaming. And state lottery commissions are desperate for new marketing gimmicks.

There is room for lots of competitors to do well INITIALLY and for shareholders in several companies to make money. As we well know, internet euphoria can rocket companies' stock prices to ludicrous levels. And internet gaming is a better business model than many of the others. All the publicity will be good for everyone.

I still haven't read of any lottery partnerships with Gtech, the largest lottery provider.
