Larry I agree that the Fed meeting and rate increase will be a "non-event"

but, 5 minutes later the market will start to worry about the next meeting and the next increase

my current guess:

10% we saw the low and go up from here
25% we wander around with an upward bias
25% we wander around with an downward bias; retesting the lows
10% down and breaks the lows; full blown correction
30% all of the above with continued major sector rotations

so all of that tells me to keep doing the same old thing
heavy buying power
get out of nasty sectors and in the daily/weekly favorite
continue to leg in and out of great companies with the objective of lowering my average cost for a long term hold with a small position

I have taken profits on about 80% of my bank holdings, now hope for a dip to begin the reload process
