Quest Products Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: QPRC - news) announced today that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission its 10Qs for the first three quarters of 1999 and, as a result, is now current with all reporting requirements necessary to maintain its listing on the Over-the-Counter electronic bulletin board. freeedgar.com SSP

QPRC - Webcast will do wonders for stock price. Webcast at 4 pm tomorrow. I expect a gapper Wednesday morning. Good one from RB. I just visited the Wallstreet.newscast site and was really impressed. Check it out. They have interviewed some top notch company execs. You can click on any of them and hear the interview. So after tomorrow, we will be able to have that site to point to as DD for the company. And we will be able to listen live and watch our stock go up at the same time! I cannot imagine Herb or anyone else from QPRC going on this "show" unless he had some VERY positive news to diseminate the day after they filed with the SEC. This is what we have been hoping for, good news followed by more good news. And we know that we have a new firm plateau base to build on. Again, once we get thru 12.5 cents we are in rarified air, only this time we have 30 million more shares owned by folks who bought between 8 and 16. So they are not apt to sell for little profit. I love it when a plan comes together!
