as good a time as any...the market's so used to flipping bubble boy the bird, i'm not sure if the rate hike will have any meaning. note that it's the back door liquidity splurge that's the important factor, not the interest rates. after all, if 20% gains in stocks are a normal state of affairs, you could borrow at 12% and still make a tidy profit on leveraged bets. the Fed is in the schizophrenic situation of having to defend it's credibility by raising rates and trying to keep the bubble going at the same time...so far they're doing great.
