Has anyone taken a look at the 10QSB? It isn't pretty.

287,000 warrants issued for services. Wow, when these convert, more shares added to the already bloated float. Come on people, really take a look at this.

I admit that I read the Tribune article, and some of the information in my post came from that article.

But I have been around looking at EDIG for quite a while. Believe it or not, many of the thoughts were my own... developed over the last few years.

I think the Tribune article did a great job of summing up the situation. I did not see it as negative or bashing, I saw it as level headed and honest.
