FWIW: QCOM up $5 to $132 on news of a deal with Chinese company to build a mobile phone network based on CDMA technology. Was up 16 ó yesterday.

JG, Now why would they not come right out with the best offering, HDR? What advantage would they have to not do this? Is HDR not ready for big time? Still a lot of testing to be done. How fast could NextWave, install their infra if they had to wait for HDR?
