The question of liquidity at the beginning of each month still needs to be taken seriously. Today we get our third discount rate hike in this cycle. In the old era it was 3 discount rate hikes and a tumble. In this new era where fundamentals rarely matter any more, well.... let's see what happens. I'm looking for a tumble late this afternoon, but new era has a way of redefining this old-fashioned way of looking at things.
