I got my info from the WRS/ISI merger package that was sent out a couple of weeks ago. I don't remember the page number, perhaps somewhere between 40-70. There is a section talking about stock options for ISI and WRS executives. I will dig it up when I go home tonight, if any of you have the report with you, maybe you can look it up. The 2 million shares sounded extremely high, and I may be wrong interpreting the materials. But I read it more than once, and I couldn't see it being any other way.
